I ragazzi intervistati vengono da una varieta di paesi
does that make sense as "the people interviewed come from a variety of countries"

Hi, and welcome mikecf :),

As i can see, it is your first message...

Please, introduce yourself in the "presentati" section first, and after that write in the section where you need an help for.

It's a good habit to say hello before writing a new thread.

They're just small rules to make the difference: we're like a family.

Thanks so much our new friend :)

A big hug and above all welcome to this wonderful and friendly forum :)

It's "varietà". Remember the accent. Your translation is not wrong, although a bit awkward to hear. I would rather say "I ragazzi intervistati vengono da vari paesi".
