Mild "curse" words - porca miseria?

Mild "curse" words - porca miseria?

I'm looking for VERY MILD words to use when frustrated. Is porca miseria okay to use anytime? Like around children and old people?????

(1) very mild
(2) mild
(3) quite mild

I’ve given a number to the words according to their “mildness” (but it’s just my opinion). Of course, it very much depends on people’s moral or cultural sensibilities, social class, education, etc. Also, it would be safer to avoid them with children even though I hear them using words much less mild than those you’re looking for (I’m a middle school teacher).

porca miseria (2) , porco cane (2) , porca vacca (3), accidenti (1), dannazione (3), maledizione (3), cavolo (2)…

Hey, thanks for the response, Dylan! I didn't get a notification for some reason, so I didn't realize there was a reply. I DEFINTELY don't want to use the words you'd hear in middle school. Haha. Thanks again!
