Ciao,
Sono Tony. Imparo Italiano per sei mesi.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi. I tried to say,
Hello.
I am Tony. I have been learning Italian for six months.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I think I got it right but I know that there were a few ways of saying this. It would be very helpful for me if some of you would be kind enough to help me learn Italian over the next few months. I have studied the Michel Thomas beginner and advanced courses which concentrate on teaching the student how to use the verbs (in all tenses). My aim is now to learn the thousands of adjectives and nouns in the Italian language in order to fill out my sentences properly.
I'm happy to help people with their English in return for their assistance in Italian.
Grazie mille
Tony.
Buono sera e ciao

Ciao Tony, questo è il luogo perfetto per perfezionare la lingua e per scambiare due parole.
Si dice "Imparo italiano DA sei mesi".
Penso che le preposizioni siano impossibile!
È necessario memorizzarle perchè alcune sono simile a inglese e altre sono diverse.

Grazie Disegno,
Ho saputo questa distinzione ma mi dimentico.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I tried to say above (in so many words) that when you corrected me I remembered, but I had forgotten, when I should change 'per' for 'da'.
Keep correcting me please. This is why I'm here.
Grazie mille,
Tony

Benvenuto da parte mia, Tony.
Tutti noi siamo molto contenti di aiutarti ad imparare italiano.
