Questions: subject / object

"Mark incontra Anna".

How can I ask :
-Who does Mark meet?
-Who meets Mark?

For me, both these questions in Italian are the same: "Chi incontra Mark?"
Isn't there really a difference?

I read it as "Mark meets Anna."

Who does Mark meet is correct.

Thanks Leenico for your answer. But I still don't see the difference.

-Who does Mark meet?
-Who meets Mark?

How would you translate these questions into Italian?

Mark incontra Anna
Mark meets Anna.
Who does Mark meet? Mark meets Anna.

Anna incontra Mark
Anna meets Mark
Who meets Mark? Anna meets Mark.

 Credo che questo sia giusto.

Chi incontra Mark? = Who does Mark meet? or Who meets Mark?
I don't see a difference in those questions in Italian -- both would take the present tense. I think that they both mean the same thing.

Thank you for the explanation.
Perhaps it won't lead to missunderstanding when you have a context.

Grazie!
