Hi I am currently thinking about getting a tattoo in Italian, of which I speak none, but I think the language sounds and looks beautiful and is much nicer than English so if anyone could help me out on a few translations that'd be great.

I only have a few ideas at the moment but I have seen

Life is beautiful > La vita e bella

Love rules without rules > L'amore domina senza regole

Catch the moment > Cogli l'attimo

I also have a favorite quote of mine which I am unsure of the translation

To love deeply in one direction makes us more loving in all others

If anyone who is Italian or speaks the language fluently could let me know if these translations are correct that would be great and also if there are meant to be any capital letters in any of the words or if there should be accents above the letters.

Al rischio di essere troppo letterale....

(Per) amare profondamente in una direzione ci fa più affettuosi nelle tutte le altre.


Se si fosse usare modo invece di direzione, la frase finirebbe 'nei tutti gli altri'

Grazie Peter! inizio a capirne meglio il senso

Secondo me potrebbe essere così:
"per amare profondamente in una direzione dobbiamo essere più affettuosi in tutte le altre."
"makes us" in effetti è corretto tradurlo con "ci fa", ma nel contesto mi suonava male e quindi ho cambiato il verbo con "dovere"; il che non so quanto sia corretto...

Ci ho pensato su un po' più, anche per rendere la frase un po' più breve, altrimenti diventa troppo lunga, e questo è quel che ho pensato:
"amare profondamente ci rende più amabili".
Può andare bene per rendere il senso di: "
"To love deeply in one direction makes us more loving in all others"?
