quick translation needed!

Post by dantheman »

I am communicating with the webstores that an identity thief bought from, using my debit card. One of them happens to be an Italian webstore. Please, can you translate their response?

I'm sorry for that misadventure...

Don't worry they didn't charge you the payment.

Here my attempt :
" Thank you for contacting us. Your name and your email address don't even appear in our databes ; Our company makes the shipment only in Italy , then also if a buying order with U.S. address had been applyed, it would not have been included and we would have sent you a notice of cancellation for the request for delivery abroad. There being no orders, there are no charges on your credit card."

ciaooo
