Arancione orange
Azzurro/ a sky-blue
Bianco/a white
Blu blue
Giallo/a yellow
Grigio gray
Marrone brown
Nero/a black
Rosa pink
Rosso/a red
Verde green
Viola purple

Adjectives of color whose masculine singular form ends in "o" agree
in number and gender with the nouns they modify.

Ex. Il libro e' nero….The book is black. (il libro is
masculine, therefore the color black agrees with the noun.)

The adjectives: arancione, blu, marrone, rosa, and viola are
invariable. (they are neutral).

"As rare as true love is, it is not as rare as true friendship."

Thanks for your sum up, Roby. I am learning Italian with the help of HNHSoft English-Italian dictionary. Your information helps me to memorize these words.
